Introspect is a simulation experience designed to help individuals confront and navigate the fears of aging. By utilizing the AGNES (Age Gain Now Empathy System) suit, the project transforms movement and sensory perception to mirror the limitations of an older body. Featuring seminars, hands-on suit fittings, and immersive activities, Introspect fosters understanding, acceptance, and empathy toward the aging process.
